Danielle DeBoe Harper founded Fleur De Lis House from a lifelong fascination with beauty in all its forms—and a career spent creating it.
A sought-after creative director, designer and artist, Danielle brings a finely honed understanding of composition, color and the way art can transform a space to every piece she creates. Alongside her bridal work, she collaborates with interior designers across the country to create one-of-a-kind botanical artworks for their clients.
Every Fleur De Lis House wedding commission is created by Danielle herself. Each bouquet passes through her hands and is approached as an original work of art. Rather than simply recreating the bouquet as it appeared on the wedding day, Danielle responds to the flowers—their movement, color, form and character—to create a composition that feels deeply personal while belonging naturally in the home as a piece of fine art.
The studio takes its name from the fleur-de-lis crest that adorns Danielle’s century-old French Normandy-style home in Ohio, where her fascination with pressed botanicals first took root. It’s still where she lives and creates today, alongside her architect husband, their figure-skating daughter and a rather naughty Goldendoodle puppy.
What began at home as a deeply personal creative pursuit has become a preservation house built around a simple idea: the flowers that carry our most meaningful memories deserve to become something extraordinary.
